Ticket System for OpenCart

Ticket System is a full-featured customer support (HelpDesk) solution directly inside the OpenCart customer account and admin panel. The module allows customers to create tickets, communicate with the administrator in a chat format, and manage the status of their requests.

Main Features

For customers (Front-end)

• My Tickets page in the customer account
• Create a new ticket: subject, priority, first message
• View conversation history in chat format
• Send messages without page reload (AJAX)
• Auto refresh every 15 seconds
• Ability to change ticket priority and status (Open / Completed)
• Automatic status change after customer reply → Waiting for admin response
• Access protection: guests are redirected to login page, customers cannot access чужие tickets

Theme Compatibility

The extension is compatible with the default OpenCart theme. Adaptation may be required for third-party themes (paid service).

Installation

1. Install the module via OpenCart admin panel
2. Refresh modifications
3. Grant access permissions to administrator groups
4. Go to “Tickets & Requests” → “Settings” and configure the module

License

The license is valid for one domain and its subdomain.
