1. General Provisions
This document is an official Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) and contains the terms and conditions of an agreement for the provision of digital goods and services, concluded between the owner of the website ocmodules.in.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “User”, “Buyer”).
In accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, acceptance of this Offer is equivalent to concluding an agreement on the terms set forth herein.
2. Terms and Definitions

- Digital Goods — software modules, extensions, source code, archives, and other files provided in electronic form.
- Services — configuration, adaptation, customization, development, consulting, and other digital services.
- Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer by making a payment for the order.
3. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller undertakes to provide the User with digital goods and/or services presented on the Website, and the User undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this Offer.
4. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement
- The User independently selects a product or service on the Website.
- The agreement is considered concluded from the moment payment is made.
- Payment confirms full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
5. Price and Payment Terms
Prices for goods and services are indicated on the Website and are valid at the time of placing an order.
- Payment is made in non-cash form using payment service providers.
- Any payment system fees (if applicable) are borne by the Buyer.
6. Provision of Digital Goods and Services
Digital goods are provided by downloading files or granting access after payment confirmation.
Services are provided within the timeframes agreed by the parties, via email, project management systems, or other communication channels.
7. Refund Policy
Refund terms are governed by a separate document — the Refund Policy published on the Website and constitute an integral part of this Offer.
8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Seller has the right to:
- refuse to provide services in case of violation of the Offer terms;
- make changes to the functionality of digital goods;
- update the terms of this Offer without prior notice.
The User undertakes to:
- provide accurate and truthful information;
- use digital goods in accordance with their intended purpose;
- not transfer purchased goods to third parties unless permitted by the license.
9. Intellectual Property
All digital goods are protected by copyright law. The User is granted a right of use, not ownership, unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for:
- incompatibility of digital goods with third-party modules or themes;
- damages caused by improper use of digital goods;
- temporary interruptions of the Website due to technical reasons.
11. Force Majeure
The parties shall be released from liability for failure to perform obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances (war, natural disasters, actions of public authorities, network failures).
12. Term of the Offer
This Offer is valid indefinitely and applies at the moment of payment.
